This also carries the weight of being the first mention of God annointing anybody ~ for any purpose ~ with an out pouring of the Holy Spirit. The annointing was given to Bezalel, and his assistant Oholiab. God imparts the The Holy Spirit to create sacred art, according to His design, and also to teach anybody else with an urge to learn. - Endowment Fund
A perpetual charitable fund often favoured by patrons for the eternal and memorial qualities. The capital may never be spent, only the interest generated by the capital. In this way, an endowment fund may support the charity of the patron's choice far into the future, and help ensure stability for the benefitting non-profit organization/s. The interest accumulates as a reinvestment into the fund, or may be dispersed annually to qualifying projects. Incorporation documents of all involved parties govern the use of the funds, and receive strict scrutiny from Revenue Canada.
