A Note about this Website's Focus: Visual Arts or Music?

While the focus of this fledgling website may seem to concentrate on Art Pastors of the Visual Arts, please be reassured that this does not reflect a bias towards any other Art form.

Music Pastors and Choir Masters have long held favour in the eyes of the church, and many forms of support already exist for music.

An influential leader once said about art, "great choir music is as close to pure theology" as one could get this side of heaven.

Theo logos = God talk.

Can visual artists engage in theo logos? We emphatically think yes! However, even now, there still lingers fearful misconception about artists and art ~ prejudice left over from the tragedy of the iconoclasts, or brought on by Hollywood images. Our greatest enemy, ignorance, strikes within our own ranks.

Musicians, please, if you feel a calling to create a section of this website for Music Pastors, musicians, Choir Masters, or any other aspect of sound and audio, please let us know. Our ears are open!

Meanwhile, the visual artists that prepare this site today can only teach what they know.
